Robert E. Dudley, Ph.D. (Founder, President and CEO) is a results-oriented senior executive with 25 years of pharmaceutical-sector experience, including responsibilities for major operational functions at large and small companies. Dudley was formerly President and CEO of Unimed Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a publicly traded company that marketed two products, the most important being AndroGel®. During his tenure at Unimed, Dr. Dudley oversaw the entire development program for AndroGel and, as CEO, hired the team that successfully launched and marketed the product. He is also co-inventor of the patent issued for the composition and use of AndroGel. Dudley negotiated the sale of Unimed to Solvay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and subsequently served as a member of Solvay’s global pharmaceutical management committee. He received his Ph.D., with honors, in Pharmacology and Toxicology from the University of Kansas School of Medicine and is a board-certified toxicologist. He has published several articles about testosterone replacement therapy in peer-reviewed medical journals.
